Start event is not behaving as expected when exclusive is false

When exclusive is false, all declared event types for the event state should be received before the process is started, but right now, when any of them is published a new process is started, as if exclusive was set to true.
This is tricky to support, we should probably declare we are not supporting this configuration

By saying "not supporting this", I understand that we can update our CNCF guide highlighting what we do and do not support regarding events.

rhn-support-zanini can your refresh my weak memory and indicate where we have to reflect that we are not supporting this?

I agree since this is a sensible topic regarding the specification. They want to add support to a feature that's more of a CEP use case than workflows IMO.
