Please see the attached DMN file. Once I populate QuoteLines Array the output can no longer be rendered. Prior to adding the decisons for ApprovalInternalEntity and QuoteApprovalEntity, the Decision Table was working with a direct input of QuoteApprovalEntityContext. Please reach out if any additional details needed.

Two dmn files uploaded, simple is without the decision in front and additional nested structure, the broken one is the desired functionality and where error in rendering output is showing up.
