Description
The target of this EPIC is to improve the overall builds of Kogito projects, namely:
- kogito-runtimes
- kogito-apps
- kogito-examples
The work can be split on:
1. Improving overall performance via Maven Parallel Builds
2. Break the PR checks to do the formatting, checkstyle, and unit tests before running a complete build and ITs
Follow up with a bot that will help non-maintainers add labels, release notes information, rerun PR checks, etc.
