Navigate in Chrome with KIE Extended Services running

Clone this repository in KIE Sandbox: https://github.com/timwuthenow/prospection_dmn_reproducer.git

Attempt to run a form on Test and you will see the screenshot of "No Form"

Then click Share => Download/Current File

Return to Sandbox "Home Screen" and Upload a File selecting Test.dmn and try to run again. You will get the Form runner to work with no changes:

If you compare the XML on both DMNs they are the exact same.

When working with a simple DMN model of 1 input and a very basic Decision Table, the KIE Sandbox fails to recognize the input for execution when using the KIE Sandbox's Run=>As Form or As Table options with the extended services running. Refreshing the browser or closing and going back into the workspace do not change anything to the behavior.

This gets further complicated through the use of the Share=>Download DMN option and then uploading the downloaded file to the Sandbox where it will recognize the input that was previously not able to be used with the one project. A reproducer is included and the steps below will include it.
