Bump `vscode-extension-tester` version to 5.2

    Description

      Summary
      We are using older version of `vscode-extension-tester` and version 5.2 was recently released (https://www.npmjs.com/package/vscode-extension-tester). This limits which version of VSCode we can test our extensions for.

      Goal
      Bump version of `vscode-extension-tester` used in our test to 5.2 and check that our tests are running OK with that version and with the newest compatible VSCode.

      Acceptance criteria
      Version 5.2 of `vscode-extension-tester`and the newest compatible VSCode is used, and all tests are running OK.
