Investigate on the Kogito Builder's issue on Minikube

On Minikube, the Kogito Builder has got some issues that are blocking the build of a new container.

In particular, when integrated in a Kubernetes Operator like the Kogito Serverless one, it happens that when a new build is asked by the user, the Kogito Builder stucks on the initialization of the Kaniko pod with the message: "Invoking action initialize-pod".
