[BPMN editor] Canvas is handling events from keyboard while editing properties

Create a process. Select the node and open any dialogue window from properties panel. For example: User task -> Assignments Input any supported keyboard shortcut. For example: Type "t". Actual result Canvas handles the shortcut. It creates a task from selected node. Expected result Canvas ignores any inputs when dialogue window is open.
