Improve clarity of procedure to start gRPC application in the guide

Summary
Description of running the workflow application in section "Orchestration of gRPC based services" could be more descriptive in how to run the workflow application, mainly about running the server and client in different terminals.

Acceptance criteria
After discussion with engineering, more information is added to the guide so that the application can be run more easily and the guide is easier to understand.
