Kubernetes addons was done to handle Kubernetes URI to retrieve directly service URL from Kubernetes resources instead of hardcoding it.

That handling and search is done at startup time. If it fails, then the application does continue but may not work as the URL could not be converted to a service URL.
And it will not be parsed again ...

We need a way to fail-fast the application if the Kubernetes URI could not be converted to a service URL
