Broken test coverage configuration in ui-packages

The configuration for ui-packages is broken due to previous commits not reflecting the format of the sonar.javascript.lcov.reportPaths property - each value needs to be separated by a comma.

Solution taken:

the property now allows glob pattern, replaced the list with packages/*/coverage/lcov.info glob.
