Create `setup branch` jobs

      In order to setup correctly branches after cut-off, we need to create some setup-branch jobs.

          1.
          		 Setup init jobs for all kogito repositories Sub-task Resolved Major Tristan Radisson
          2.
          		 Setup init jobs for all optaplanner repositories Sub-task Resolved Major Tristan Radisson
          3.
          		 Update prepare-release-branches job to call the init branch main job Sub-task Resolved Major Tristan Radisson
          4.
          		 Adapt init jobs to be able to reset also the main branch Sub-task Resolved Major Tristan Radisson
