This task is to produce a document and a reasonable approach for the builder image. Camel-K already developed something similar that we can use as a reference.

The builder image(s) should enable running a quarkus application with resources files as input on:

• Local system without access to any other tooling but Docker/Podman
• Kubernetes clusters
• Sandbox OpenShit

This builder image should be able to build a final immutable image with the application running.
