When running in Quarkus dev mode and viewing workflow instance, it shows testcontainers internal URL for the workflow instance.
http://host.testcontainers.internal:8080/

Workflows should be running on local machine, just dev UI itself and data-index should be running as dev services, thus through testcontainers.
