    Description

      This is a follow-up on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KOGITO-7695 which in fact needs the `kogito-addons-quarkus-knative-eventing` for the build to pass.

      So we need a way to add more extensions to the assets build.

      This would add an environment variable that we could use here: https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-images/blob/main/modules/kogito-s2i-core/added/s2i-core#L134
