Serverless Workflow Examples deployment is failing

With https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-examples/commit/4ea8591ab4b98053868dc02d2691776312b0b19a, the deployment of examples was disabled  as we thought it was not needed.
Indeed for SW, there is no issue.

But for Kogito examples, which are still defining the parent poms, it creates an issue in our testing as the parent poms are no more deploy and we do need them for S2I testing.

Deployment was set back in https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-examples/pull/1355 but it is now failing because serverless workflow examples are not defining any distribution management.
