I was editing a decision table in vs-code plugin. After I did some editing, I clicked the documentation tab. At that point, I hadn't saved my last edits. The documentation tab didn't show the latest edits, so I pressed the <ctrl>-s to save the file. Nothing seemed to happen. I switched back to the editor tab to see that all my edits were gone .

I would at least expect some warning before loosing work like this.
