Specs folder is not detected in Windows on SWF VSCode Extension

      1. Open a SW.JSON file (example: https://github.com/ederign/swf-testing-folder)
      2. Log in to Red Hat Open Hybrid Console
      3. Configure your Service Registry URL
      4. Add a registry (example: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ederign/swf-testing-folder/main/specs/query-service.yml)
      5. Try the "Add function" button and see your function there
      6. Notice that it creates a new file on the Specs dir
      7. Change the setting to use URLs instead of files
      8. Do the same thing and see that the "operation" of the function is actually a URL

      When uploading or dragging and dropping an unsupported file to KIE Sandbox the loading state gets stuck forever.
      An ephemeral workspace with the file is created, but the loading state stays.
