Review examples with dataindex inside the docke-compose to be able to connect with runtime service. This is a requirement to see the data-index gateway API connecting with the runtime endpoints in the provided examples with the docker-compose.

Enable the connection from inside of the data-index docker container  to the localhost machine.  This affects when we are trying the runtime service in standalone and the URL are pointing to localhost.
