Add IT tests to verify the contents of process instance and variables instance events for SW.

At the moment IT only verify process extension and as varaible handling in SW is particulary different, we need to add new tests in kogito-quarkus-serverless-workflow-integration-test to ensure "workflowdata" changes are getting propagated correctly.
