[SW] Make kogito sw examples independent from parent pom

Review SW examples under https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-examples/tree/main/serverless-workflow-examples so these, when executed by community members, they don't need to build any other artefact in order to execute the example.

Currently, there is a dependency that creates the need for users to build the parent pom. This should be avoided so that when users go to a specific example, all necessary dependencies to run it are downloaded directly via Maven.

For instance, if a user goes directly into https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-examples/tree/main/serverless-workflow-examples/serverless-workflow-greeting-quarkus, and executes mvn clean install  it should just run.

One thing to keep in mind, and to be aligned with our CI, is how to keep consistency with Quarkus versions. We currently upgrade it via script, so it might need some tweaking there in order for this examples to continue to work with it.
