Some dependencies are listed twice on pnpm-lock.yaml, causing some issues and potentially larger bundle sizes.

We should treat pnpm-lock.yaml to make every dependency come from the same registry and configure it to have it continue doing so.

Being able to change the registry of lockfiles is very important for productization.
