Remove dependencies listed on root `package.json`

Dependencies listed on the root `package.json` should be removed from there and added to the necessary packages. For example, not every package depends on `webpack`.

We use syncpack to ensure that our dependency versions are aligned, so no need to concentrate everything on the root `package.json` anymore.
