Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a BPMN or DMN diagram
- Add a node
- Create a node from the first node using the node widget, sometimes it will be duplicated

Creating a node from another node sometimes will trigger the action two times, creating a node in duplicity. This happens using the node widget.
