Repetitive trigger is executed N-1 times when jobs service is enabled

In an example process if we have for instance a repetitive trigger with the following periodicity "R5/PT2S", when we are using the jobs service integration we have that the trigger is executed 4 times instead of 5.

However, if we use the in memory jobs execution we can see that the trigger is executed 5 times. This is the bug.
