Support "completionType" and "numCompleted" for Parallel State in Serverless Workflow

      Add support "completionType" and "numCompleted" for Parallel State in Serverless Workflow. There is no support now and processes with these parameters work like "completionType: allOf". 

      SW examples are in attachment. There parallel-state.sw.yml is waiting for completion one of his branches and then terminates.
