Today after the rhpam-kogito-operator csv's is generated there are some required manual steps in order to correctly build the bundle image.

the version needs to contain the operator version + the bundle version, e.g.:

• 7.13.0-1

And the replaces reference on the csv must be on the same pattern.

Would be great to have defined on the version.go file the current and prior operator  and bundle versions.
