Similar to Data Index in memory, Smallrye connector needs to be changed to use quarkus-http in order to receive cloud events via http requests.
We need to allow for a scenario where the runtime published cloud events via knative eventing and data index consumes it in the same way.
Need to identify if we ship data index with reactive messaging and quarkus-http and allow switch via runtime properties or we create a new distribution specifically for that.
