Infinispan is now having 2 pods with label `infinispan_cr`:

• inifnispan runtime pod
• infinispan config pod

So when scaling to 0, the runtime pod is stopped but the config pod remains.

We need to be sure that the scaling to 0 happens only to runtime pod.
