Add validation errors to the VSCode Problems Tab

    • 2022 Week 08-10 (from Feb 21), 2022 Week 11-13 (from Mar 14), 2022 Week 14-16 (from Apr 4), 2022 Week 17-19 (from Apr 25)

      Once validation happens, the problems found should be added to the Problems tab in VSCode (see ProblemsTabNotificationHandler.ts usages for reference).
