kogito-cloud: Setup namespace env variable automatically if not present

When deploying a new kogito app, like onboarding-service, using the kogito-cloud library, we need to setup the 'NAMESPACE' as environment variable when creating.

Idea here would be that the library reads it automatically if not specified.
