Following the PR review for KOGITO-6571 mmacik@redhat.com commented what would happen with a server restart; as the current implementation blindly creates tables, indexes and triggers etc. This JIRA is to find a solution, probably as proposed and to check the quarkus.hibernate-orm.database.generation property (or other JPA centric property).
