As the default base image from Quarkus moved from fabric8/java-alpine-openjdk11-jre to registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8/openjdk-11:1.11, POstgresql fails to start with the following message: /postgres: error while loading shared libraries: libpam.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
