Starting the KIE Tooling Extended Services for the first time doens't render the DMN Runner Form or Table

      3. Start the KIE Tooling Extended Services;

      When the KIE Tooling Extended Services is started for the first time, it will not open the DMN Runner Drawer, and also it will not render the DMN Runner Form or Table. It's necessary to make a change on the model to trigger a re-render.
