[DMN Designer] Client-side PMML parsing

    Description

      The DMN editor supports use of PMML documents.

      In addition to https://issues.jboss.org/browse/BAPL-1374, where the DMN editor needs the ability to get a list of PMML documents in the workspace, various meta-data is extracted from the PMML documents for use in the editor.

      Parsing of PMML documents is currently handled server-side, via kie-dmn-core that then also uses a third party library (org.jpmml:pmml-model) to parse the PMML documents.
