Wrong datatype for process_instances id column

I've set up JDBC peristence with postgresql database for my BPMN project. On first attempt to persist process instance it fails with:

Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: column "id" is of type uuid but expression is of type character varying
