The Trusty Tracing Addon creates its own instance of ObjectMapper to those created elsewhere in kogito. We should consolidate instantiation and usage to a single factory to ensure the correct configuration is disseminated to all scenarios. See org.kie.kogito.tracing.decision.event.EventUtils.
