After creating the Kogito Eventing project, we now need a productized way to install its Controllers.

The initial idea is to create a simple operator installing the controllers via CRD.

The only controller we have in the project is the `KogitoSource`, enabling Kogito Services to be a source of events for the Knative Eventing platform.

• Installation via OLM
• Creation of a specific namespace to install the Knative Kogito controllers
• Installation of the KogitoSource controller in the given namespace aligned with the Knative platform version in the cluster
• Upgrade the KogitoSource controller to keep its version aligned with the platform (OpenShift Serverless or Knative)
