Following up on the enhancements made to run the Data Index as a DevService in Quarkus, we should also provide a solution that allows developers to interact with a lightweight ( in-memory ) Job Service. Ultimately integration the data pushed by the service into the Data Index dev service. Users should be able to start it on dev mode without any extra configuration.
