Regressions on DecisionTable, after KOGITO-5078

    Description

      After KOGITO-5078, few regressions, on the boxed-expression-component, for the Decision Table expression have been found:

      1) The name of the created clauses/annotations is not correct. When creating a new input clause, the name should be input-x, for the output, should be output-x, for the annotations, it should be annotation-x.

      2) When the Decision Table is nested, for example in a context, its output node name/type should be synchronized with the context entry info name/type:
