prepare kogito-operator for multi-arch builds

Remove the GOOS/GOARCH from the build script.

That PR is the proper approach and will break nothing. Golang defaults to native builds, and setting GOOS/GOARCH is only intended for cross-compiling. Since we build all artifacts natively for each architecture, there is no need for separate make targets or the like.
