Change Process Id to something else (i.e: orderProcess)

Select Purchase Order Creation

Open Data Assignment

Change the empty target/sources to order.

Save, close and reopen.

open the attached BPMN order.bpmn

select Purchase Order Creation

open data assignment

select order as target value

save, close and reopen the BPMN editor

The previous assignment is not available anymore.
