Before Change:
Previously on click of the apply filter button, the data would be filtered and no re-fetch of data happened.
Also , all the parent process instance would get loaded.

After Change:
Now, the data is re-fetched every time the filter button is clicked,
The initially loaded data is the parent process instances which have the state as only 'ACTIVE'
