[SW] Implement Callback state

We're currently missing the Callback State from the SW implementation. This state is pretty critical for interactive workflows. Details: https://github.com/serverlessworkflow/specification/blob/0.6.x/specification.md#Callback-State

Be aware that we are currently on 0.6 version.
