[SW] Kogito Operator addings for the event based Jobs Service Plugin (processes runtime side)

At the moment that we add the ability of firing kafka events from the Kogito Runtime to the Jobs Service, we'll have also to ensure that the Kogito Operator support all the required parameters, etc, for the correct provisioning of the Kogito Service. 

Right now, we don't have this set of parameters but this jira is intended considering/defining/tracking this required potential modifications that will be needed.
