CI/CD pipeline addings for the event based Jobs Service Images

At the moment that we add the ability of managing/interacting the Jobs Service by using an event based API, we'll have also to ensure that the related images that might be created now, also support the event based version.

Right now, we don't have the set of new parameters, etc, but this jira is intended considering/defining/tracking this required potential modifications that will be needed.
