BDD tests: Rename disable_clean_cluster parameter to enable_clean_cluster

Change the cluster cleanup approach for BDD tests from opt-out to opt-in, this will prevent unintentional cluster cleanup in case of typo in parameter and avoid behaviour unexpected by framework users.
