Goal
With new storage, multi-file and workspaces, there is a need to consolidate the settings mechanisms of the .new environment.
This Jira is for taking every configuration that we currently have on .new and gathering them in the same place. Right now we have three Settings sections: GitHub (for providing the oauth token), OpenShift (for DMN Dev Sandbox), and KIE Tooling Extended Services (just for selecting the port).
