Currently we have a Loading Screen that prevents this `blink` from being noticed, but as soon as you remove the loading screen, or if you simply go to the browser console and run `gwtEditorBeans.get("BPMNDiagramEditor").get().setContent('', '');`, you can see that the Editor blinks before paiting the new content. This behavior is not ideal, as it causes a visual distraction for users.
