    Description

      Implement the ability to schedule Jobs by using a Kafka messaging based API.

       

      Currently, there are just REST APIs to interact with job-service, like create, get, delete jobs.

      Provide similar Job API but using messaging, targeting kafka, similar to the communication with data-index.
