[DMN Designer] New Boxed Expression editor - DMN Expression column width is updated too many times in some scenarios

    Description

      During KOGITO-3661 review an issue with column width was found. After reopen the width was different, for more details see https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-editors-java/pull/104#issuecomment-918120270.

      As part of this Jira we should address also scenario when new expression editor is activated:
